Recruit a Real Estate Pro
Real Estate Pros - brokers and agents are great prospects. Here’s why:
1. They LIKE to sell. (No, they don’t “share” the houses…they sell ‘em.)
2. They’re 100% commission – paid ONLY on production. They must find paying customers and keep everyone and everything together until the closing at the title company, where property and money change hands. That’s when the agent gets paid.
3. They’re local – every town has them and about everyone above ground knows one or has a friend who knows one – an active one, that is.
4. The real estate market is in the dumps.
The downside…
The numbers are the same – 1-2/100 max will consider doing NM, even part time.
The upside… the pool of people is much better qualified than the usual mlm suspects . These are active real estaters who love to sell. You can stop hiding that this is sales.
And why would they consider your business, you ask?
Because most networkers offer products/services with repeat sales.
That’s something real estate people don’t have now.

P.S. I was a real estate broker when I first tried network marketing – the repeat sales commissions angle was the big thing that attracted me.

As you rightly say Kim…
People on commission are our best prospects as opposed to wage earners who are needing the security of been paid by the hour.

Hi Kim,
The David Bachelor thing must be limited and closed as I was unable to gain access. I would truly like to learn what he has to teach.
