Kim, marketing meaning should be what it’s all about. Values marketing. I think the FDA guidelines are just requiring truth and integrity. Not at all difficult for an honest person. For the liars and con artists, however, these new legal guidelines will be very confining. Awwwwwww…..

Kim,
It’s unfortunate that we can’t police ourselves instead of having the government involved.
A BIG contributing factor to the huge dropout rate is the lure of big money and results of a few.
Adapt to a Value driven industry by leveling the playing field with the truth, “revolutionary”!
BTW, the music and presentation is great..motivating! I think I’ll play it again…maybe you should start a video production company.

Hi Kim,

The video is nice and well made but in one or two places the text is moving a tad too fast.

As for the FTC you have a very optimistic outlook and I hope that it’s going to turn out the way you see it.

I heard one lawyer recently saying that being truthful will not be enough under the new rules.

Hi Kim,

I believe the new FTC guidelines will be a benefit to ethical people who don’t make the hyped-up claims in their business. Also, I hope the new guidelines will improve the reputation of the MLM industry by weeding out the bad apples.

Does this mean you will have to change your program title, “100 customers in 100 days,” too? Or, is that result typical from people who have purchased it?

The new regulations will mean smaller numbers of people in MLM, but fewer people failing. “Taking out the trash” is what will basically happen.

Retention will increase, and average compensation will be (slightly) higher.

I NEVER present my business in a way that focuses on big-money potential. And my entire product presentation is, “Try it, you might like it. If you don’t, there’s a money-back guarantee!”

Now there will be more people like me.
